Mythical is a scheduling platform that allows users to create booking pages, manage availability, and schedule meetings. The service integrates with third-party calendar providers (such as Google Calendar) to sync events and manage scheduling conflicts.

2. Account Requirements

To use Mythical, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Ensure that any bookings you accept are legitimate and honored

4. Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Mythical to read your calendar events (to check availability), create new events (for confirmed bookings), and manage event updates. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

5. Subscription and Payments

Mythical offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mythical is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in activities that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.
